A private membership for mothers. Live nervous system regulation sessions, guided by a Kemaia-trained facilitator, held virtually. Two sessions a month. Two short audio practices for the evenings between them. Cameras off. Microphones off. Nothing asked of you.
You settle wherever you are. A voice begins — live, unhurried — and moves the nervous system down through a written protocol. It sets no task. No one sees you. No one hears you. The hour arrives as if held for you alone. When it ends, it closes quietly.
Meditation is a practice — something you do, on your own, and get better at. Kemaia is a place you go: a live session at a set hour, held by a trained facilitator, following a protocol designed by a physician for the maternal nervous system. You don’t practice Kemaia. You attend it, and you leave regulated.
No. Cameras and microphones are off for every member, in every session. You are unseen and unheard from arrival to close. Step away whenever you need to, and return when you can.
Never. A nervous system settles in the presence of another settled human. That cannot be automated. A real person holds the room — live, in the same minutes you are in it.
Kemaia is a program, not a session. Each month carries its own sequence, for a different place the body holds: the jaw, the breath, the hours before sleep. A session settles an evening; the program builds the foundation. Join in any month.
Yes — privately. You mark where you are before and after each session, and the marks build into a record you can look back on. Some of it registers the same evening. The rest accumulates. All day, a mother gives her presence to everyone. Kemaia is where presence is given to her.
Two sittings a month, carrying that month’s sequence — a Tuesday evening at 8:30pm Pacific, and a Sunday morning at 10am. Attend either, or both.
By application. Each request is read personally. Membership is month to month, and you can cancel at any time.
The first twenty-five members join at $95 a month, and that rate stays theirs for as long as they stay. Founding members may also bring a guest to a sitting, twice a year.
Kemaia is a wellness program. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or clinical care.
